1. GENERAL POLICY

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are processed. By placing an order on yogavey.com, you agree to the terms below.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (30 DAYS)

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused.

The item must be in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

All original components and accessories must be included.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Used products

Opened packaging

Items not in original condition

Items returned after 30 days

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

Receipt of your return

Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company; posting times vary.

Contact your bank; processing may take several days.

7. EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY)

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, contact Info@yogavey.com
 within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

8. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

You may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

A gift certificate will be emailed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver:

The refund will be issued to the gift giver’s original payment method.

DR BRIGHT DAYS LLC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
